ThermaFab Alloy’s wide range of fabrications for the food and pharmaceutical industries include tanks and pressure vessels to specifications established by the American Society of mechanical Engineers (A.S.M.E.). This certification enables us to fabricate unfired pressure vessels requiring the “U” stamp, as described in Section VIII, Division 1, of the A.S.M.E. Boiler and pressure Vessel code.
As an A.S.M.E. code shop, our customers have the confidence of knowing that their pressure vessel is fabricated and inspected to an internationally accepted safety standard. Specific design requirements for each vessel are verified according to the latest edition of the code, using advanced pressure vessel software.
ThermaFab Alloy has the expertise to cut, bend, roll, form, burn, machine and weld 304 and 316 stainless ranging in thickness from 22 Gauge to 2 inches thick, allowing you plenty of flexibility.
