Ross has over 25 years experience in engineering and manufacturing management in the metalworking and plastics industries. Mr.Maenza began his career as a draftsman in the custom machine building business and progressed through roles in engineering and manufacturing management with Automated Packaging Systems, North American Manufacturing and Esterle Mold & Machine Co.
